ASOCIACIÓN DE PROFESORES PICE (asoc.pice@gmail.com)
PICE is composed by primary and secondary teachers and university professors, with extensive experience in Comenius and Erasmus+ (27 years). PICE participants have been very active in the program and have received different awards such as the European label, have participated on several conferences organized the the Spanish AGN, SEPIE, to show good practices from their projects. Members of PICE have also been invited to Brussels and international conferences.
At European level they had a prominent role participating in the launch of etwinning, participated in the European Parliament to work on ICT; Won the European Label in 2003, 2005, 2006 and the National Prize in Spain in Comenius projects in 2009.
Association members organized Courses included in the Comenius Catálogue and also study visits from 2009 to 2014. Teachers who are in the Association have a lot of experience in teachers training . Teachers are expert in VR / AR, Blender design for 3D printing and also in digital technology.
The association tries to promote innovation and quality in teaching, and its main interest is promote emergent technologies in school practices.
Even PICE association is very new, the experience of some of its members and their vast knowledge in digital technology makes the association interesting as it covers a lot of areas.
As we said before, some teachers got the European Label and the work was about CLIL methodology, so they are experts also in learning design lessons using this method.
STEM: robotics, 3D printing, App with APP inventor, Augmented Reality applied to science learning, VR applied to the Cultural heritage studies by applying innovative and immersive methodologies.
PICE has experts in pedagogy, in an active learning and teachers have also experiences in working entrepreneurship and to create business in the classroom, Students learn how to set up business.
Teachers in PICE know how to work and archive music knowledge , so makes the partner well prepared to participate in any type of project.
PICE has among its members, experts in digital tools and how to desing innovative teaching in schools and how to integrate these in the learning process.
